Beach Road Fitness & The Sport’s Performance Academy’s

main focus is to enhance the sports performance

of a young athlete.

Our primary goal

is to work on

ABSOLUTE STRENGTH (maximum force)

and

HYPERTROPHY (building muscle).

In order to do this EFFECTIVELY,

our facility only

trains athlete’s ONE on ONE

or in a SMALL GROUP with no more

than 5 athletes per group.

Resulting in a more sports specific,

safer and

ATTENTION TO DETAIL EXPERIENCE.
